Reservations:
When you want to make reservation, You must provide details of at least two contact methods (email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Mobile). Please enter details correctly. We need passport information for some tours.
Deposits:
To confirme your reservation you must pay deposit, The reservation request sent it with out deposit never confirmed. Deposit rate is changing according the dates and tours.
The prices valid for 1 week. If you paid and if the price increased, its not effecting you. If the prices reduced after you made payment, we can reduce balance payment.

Payment:
You can pay cash or with credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex).
Currency:
Price are in Euro. When you want to pay with Turkish Lira, USD, British Pound or Japanese Yen then we use current exchange rate.
Itinerary Changes:
When you want to change your itenerary, if its no extra cost due third parties to our company than we dont ask you any extra.
Cancellations:
- Cancellation of package tour and flight tickets; You need to pay penalty fees that charge from us by third parties.
- Other all reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
- When you cancel between last 24-48 hours, You will lose your deposit.
- When you cancel in last 24 hours, then you must pay all reservation fee.
You must follow the itinerary that we sent you. You must be ready on pick up time and place. You are responsible for any costs incurred due to missed flights, airport transfers and tours.
Privacy and Credit Card security:
We never share your contact or itinerary details with any other organizations. Your card details will be deleted automatically after your payment.
